Role & responsibilities:

  • Developing a Solid trustworthy relationship between Customer and Company
  • Meeting all Customer Requirements and Deliverables according to agreed timelines
  • Resolving Customer Issues and complaints with support from cross- functional teams as required
  • Acting a Single Point of Contact and managing Communication between the customer and internal team
  • Planning, Preparing and Presenting, reports on customers targets v/s actual, development projects, quarterly initiatives including payments and inventory.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Should be Well-versed in MS- Office
  • Able to Multitask, prioritise and manage time efficiently
  • Able to analyse data
  • Team player
