Role & responsibilities

  • Raising the customer issues and complaints to the concerned department in the organization. 

  • Ensure resolution of customer service issues within pre-defined TAT by regularly following up with the concerned departments

  • Sending important  communication of customers 

Ensure the standard of quality and brand value while interacting with customers for resolving the queries and complaints

KPIs

  • Resolution of customer service issues within TAT
  • Reduction in customer service issues raised by customers.
  • Sending communication to customer through various modes available like email or phone cal
