Role & responsibilities

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, or written inquiries from customers.
  • Provide support for benefit queries, issue resolution, and customer education.
  • Document customer interactions and take appropriate actions.
  • Escalate unresolved complaints as needed.
  • Perform routine to moderately complex admin and customer support tasks.
  • Make decisions within defined guidelines, using some independent discretion.
  • Work with minimal supervision while meeting quality and timing standards.
