Role Overview

We’re looking for an empathetic and proactive Customer Support Executive to be the face of our client interactions. As the first touchpoint for customers, you'll ensure queries are handled with clarity, care, and professionalism—helping reinforce our reputation for exceptional service.

What You'll Do

  • Client interaction: Engage with customers via phone, email, or in-person, delivering clear and helpful information about our services.
  • Resolve with Care: Respond to and resolve customer concerns promptly, preserving satisfaction and confidence.
  • Coordination: Serve as a bridge between customers, design, and operations teams—ensuring client feedback is communicated and projects move forward smoothly.
  • Documentation: Log interactions, feedback, and issues accurately in our system to drive improvements over time.
  • Check-In Support: Conduct proactive follow-ups with clients to confirm satisfaction and gather insights for enhancing our services.

Location – Nallagandla, Hyderabad

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹24,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
