About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and confident professionals to join our US Customer Support team. In this role, you will engage with potential clients in the United States, identify qualified leads, and contribute to the Mass Tort legal process. This position involves outbound calling and requires strong communication, empathy, and a performance-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to US prospects and generate qualified leads for the Mass Tort campaign.
• Provide accurate information on case eligibility in a professional manner.
• Maintain and update customer records in the CRM system.
• Achieve daily and weekly performance targets related to leads, conversions, and quality.
• Collaborate with team leads to enhance outreach strategies and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with client and process requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written).
• Comfortable working in night shifts aligned with US time zones.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process or BPO preferred.
• Strong listening, persuasion, and problem-solving skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and CRM familiarity.

Education

Graduate or Undergraduate candidates with strong English fluency are encouraged to apply.

Salary Range: ₹2,16,000 – ₹3,00,000 per annum
