We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Customer Support Executive in International voice. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in a customer service role and possess excellent communication skills to assist our customers effectively.

Responsibilities

  • Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues effectively and efficiently.
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
  • Providing product and service information to customers as needed.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate team.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.
  • Ability to handle difficult situations and provide solutions under pressure.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM systems and practices.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
