Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Liaising with all departments. Department Heads for the timely resolution of student queries. and ready to work on rotating weekly off basis.
  • Handling and resolving student queries via calls, emails, and messages in a professional manner.

Providing assistance with lecture schedules and keep students informed of any changes or updates.

  • Sharing accurate and timely information about examination schedules and related processes.
  • Support students in resolving issues related to certification and documentation.
  • Addressing and escalating student grievances while ensuring closure within timelines.
  • Maintaining student interaction logs and prepare regular reports on queries, resolutions, and escalations.
  • Collaborating with internal departments (faculty, admin, exam cell) to ensure smooth resolution of issues.
  • Providing proactive communication to enhance student experience and build trust.

Job requirements:

  • A Graduate in any stream.
  • 23 years old and above.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Customer Service, preferably in an education or service-oriented sector.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Must be proficient in Excel functions (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management, Reporting).
  • Ability to prepare and deliver PowerPoint presentations.
  • Good with word processing, data entry, and report generation.
  • Good Communication skills.
