Key Responsibilities

  • Handle soft client calls for coordination, follow-ups, and support.
  • Manage and respond to daily emails professionally and promptly.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions using internal tools or CRM systems.
  • Ensure smooth client servicing and timely communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
  • Support weekend client coordination and calls, as per requirements.


Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in

    Gmail, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.

  • Professional, organized, and customer-focused approach.
  • Comfortable working weekends with compensatory weekday off.
