Job Description

We are seeking a proactive, organized, and client-focused Customer Support Executive to join our on-site team in Chennai. This role is ideal for someone with 1-2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing positions, who is passionate about providing excellent service and maintaining strong client relationships.
As a Customer Support Executive at Inner Sanctum, you will be responsible for handling soft calls with clients for coordination, follow-ups, and support. You will also manage daily email communication in a professional and timely manner, ensuring all client queries and updates are addressed without delay. Maintaining accurate records of client interactions using internal tools is crucial to ensure consistency and transparency across teams.
This role requires close collaboration with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. You must be comfortable working on weekends, with a work-from-home setup every Sunday (except one Sunday per month, which requires working from the office). In return, you will receive one fixed weekday off as compensation.
We are looking for individuals who are technically proficient in Gmail, Google Sheets, and who possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. If you have a professional, detail-oriented, and service-driven attitude and are eager to work in a fast-paced, client-centric environment, we'd love to have you on our team.
