Position: Customer Support Executive

Location: Chennai (On-site)

Experience: 1 - 2 years

Employment Type: Full-Time

Work Schedule :

Monday to Saturday: Work from Office

Sunday: Work from Home

(Note: 1 Sunday per month will require working from the office)

Week Off: 1 fixed weekday off

Key Responsibilities:

  • - Handle soft calls with clients for coordination, follow-ups, and support
  • - Manage and respond to daily email communications professionally and promptly
  • - Maintain accurate records of client interactions using internal tools or CRM
  • - Ensure smooth and timely client servicing and communication clearance
  • - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless client experience
  • - Be available on weekends, with Sunday WFH (except once a month from office)
  • - Support occasional client calls based on requirements

Requirements:

  • - 1 - 2 years of experience in customer support or client-facing roles
  • - Strong communication skills both verbal and written
  • - Proficiency in Gmail, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
  • - Professional, organized, and client-oriented
  • - Comfortable working on weekends with a weekday off as compensation
