The ideal candidate will have:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and communicate customer requests using a task management system
  • Maintain and update the customer database regularly
  • Facilitate customer onboarding and ensure compliance with company protocols
  • Keep detailed records of all customer interactions, including follow-up logs and call recordings (system will be provided)
  • Train customers on company policies, procedures, and protocols
  • Conduct regular follow-ups to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve tasks and client requests promptly

Requirements

  • Education:

    Degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in maintaining databases and follow-up logs
  • Flexibility to adjust working hours to address client needs as they arise
