Job Description

Customer Service International Voice Process (US Healthcare)

Location:

International Voice Process – US Healthcare

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls for US Healthcare customers.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer queries efficiently.
Maintain professionalism and adhere to quality standards during every interaction.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, customer satisfaction, and resolution time.
Ensure adherence to process compliance and data security.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Education:
Graduate / Undergraduate (any stream)
Experience:

Freshers are welcome (Take Home: 21,800 | CTC: 2.54 LPA + 70,360 Night Shift Allowance)
Experienced (Min 1 Year in International Voice/Customer Support) – Take Home: 28,800 | CTC: 3.20 LPA + 79,000 Night Shift Allowance

Skills Required:

Excellent
English communication skills (B2 level or above)
Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills
Willingness to work in
Night Shifts (US Time Zone)
Immediate joiners preferred
Candidates should be from
Bangalore
or willing to relocate immediately

Compensation & Benefits

Salary: 2.54 LPA – 3.20 LPA (depending on experience)
Night Shift Allowance (70K – 79K annually) 2-Way Cab Facility Fixed Sat & Sun Off
