Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Executive located in Shahapur. The Customer Support Executive will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as assisting customers with inquiries, resolving issues through online and offline support, maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing technical support as needed. The role will require proactive communication with customers and coordination with internal teams to ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

  • Proven skills in Customer Support, Customer Service, and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
  • Experience in Online Support and Technical Support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and in an on-site setting
  • Proficiency in relevant software tools and a customer-centric mindset
  • Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional qualifications are an advantage
