Role Overview: As a Customer Support Executive at EventsGram, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless and positive experience for all customers. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong customer relationships. By working closely with internal teams, you will contribute to enhancing customer satisfaction and overall company success.
