Customer Support Executive

You will be the first point of contact for customers as a Customer Support Executive at EventsGram. Your main responsibility will be to ensure a seamless and positive experience for customers by handling inquiries, resolving issues efficiently, and maintaining strong customer relationships. By responding to customer queries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner, you will provide accurate product/service information and assist with troubleshooting. It is crucial to resolve customer complaints while upholding a positive brand reputation and keeping detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. Following up with customers to ensure their concerns are resolved is also part of your role. EventsGram is India's largest exhibition stall booking platform, offering a wide array of fashion and lifestyle exhibitions to over 1.5 million users. With a focus on ethical practices and the latest technology, EventsGram aims to make exhibitions more accessible and engaging for exhibitors, organizers, and visitors alike. As part of the team, you will work closely with internal teams to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the overall success of the company. The ideal candidate for this role should have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred). Both freshers and experienced individuals are welcome to apply for this full-time position.
