Job Title: Customer Support Executive Company: Tech Mahindra Ltd. Process: Aditya Birla Finance Location: NB902, 9th Floor, Empire Tower, Cloud City, Reliable Tech Park, Thane Belapur Road, Airoli, Navi Mumbai Compensation: Fresher: CTC: 2,42,600 per annum In-hand Salary: 17,900 per month Experienced (1+ years): CTC: 2,66,750 per annum In-hand Salary: 19,700 per month Qualification: Graduation (Completed Mandatory) Experience: Freshers & Experienced (1+ years in Customer Support or BPO preferred) Communication: Proficient in English (Written & Verbal) Must clear Versant Level 4 or 5 Work Days: 5 Days Working Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound customer queries for financial products and services. Ensure prompt resolution of customer issues with empathy and professionalism. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups. Adhere to process compliance and quality guidelines. Meet performance targets and service-level agreements
