The role involves handling customer queries, resolving their concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve their concerns via Voice support. Identify and assess customers needs to provide appropriate solutions and ensure satisfaction. Build and maintain sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication. Handle customer issues effectively and empathetically, ensuring a positive experience.
