Customer Support Executive

You will be working as a Customer Support Executive at EngVarta, a unit of NGB Education Pvt. Ltd. Your role involves providing timely and effective support to customers who use the online platform to practice conversation with fluent English speakers. Key Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat professionally and promptly. - Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints to ensure customer satisfaction. - Offer product and service information to customers to assist them effectively. - Update and manage customer records in the CRM system accurately. - Collaborate with different teams to ensure efficient resolution of customer issues. - Provide feedback to the Customer Support Manager to enhance customer service. - Engage in training programs to enhance customer service skills and knowledge. - Follow up with customers to confirm resolution of their issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in an online setting. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Effective problem-solving and decision-making abilities. - Capable of handling multiple tasks under pressure. - Familiarity with customer service software and CRM tools. - Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays. If you have a background in education or language learning, experience in online customer support, and fluency in English along with additional languages, it would be a plus.
