We are hiring customer support associate
Communicating effectively with clients, potential buyers, and internal teams. Addressing customer concerns and issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
Enthusiasm for customer satisfaction and service.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Minimum 1 Year Experience in real estate, customer query handling or any BPO voice experience.
Excellent Communication is a Must.

Salary - 27k to 30k CTC
Shifts - Day rotational shifts (8AM to 8PM any 9 hours shift including 1hour of break)
Work specific - 6Days working rotational
Under-Grad/ Graduate can apply
Minimum 1year of experience is mandatory in BPO Voice.
Strong communication skills (often in English and hindi language).
