Responsibilities: Provide exceptional customer service to clients via call. Assist customers with booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services Handle inquiries, complaints, and requests from customers promptly and professionally Requirements: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience Fluent in both verbal and written English Minimum of 2 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the travel industry Strong interpersonal and communication skills Flexibility to work in Night shifts
