Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls from domestic customers
• Address customer queries, complaints, and service-related issues effectively
• Provide clear and accurate information about products and services
• Maintain polite, professional, and customer-focused communication
• Update customer records and call details accurately in the system
• Meet defined quality standards, resolution targets, and customer satisfaction goals

Eligibility Criteria

• 0 to 3 years of experience in BPO / Customer Support / Voice Process
• Good communication skills in

  English and Hindi

• Willingness to work in rotational day shifts
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
