Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

  • Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate information on products/services offered by the company to meet customer needs.
  • Provide exceptional customer support to clients through phone
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and experience
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Job Requirements :

  • 1-5 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment with focus on inbound voice process (domestic).
  • Strong communication skills with excellent verbal fluency in English and any of the regional languages. (Tamil, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu)
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure handling multiple tasks simultaneously during peak hours.
