Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the main point of contact for key customers, handling concerns and ensuring timely resolution of service issues.
  • Coordinate with the Ops team and ensure all open points are closed
  • Work closely with operations, sales, and service delivery teams to align customer expectations with service performance.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction through periodic visits, feedback surveys and service reviews
  • Prepare regular customer MOMs, reports and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.

  • Organizational and project management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in CRM, customer servicing, or account management—preferably in the facility management industry.
  • Experience working with large corporate clients or managing SLAs is a plus
