Job Description

Job Role:
We’re hiring a Customer Support Executive to assist our customers and ensure an excellent service experience through calls, emails, and chat. You’ll be the first point of contact for customer queries and help maintain strong client relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, and chat
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services
  • Resolve basic issues or escalate to the concerned team
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and feedback
  • Follow up to ensure complete customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools)
  • Positive, patient, and customer-friendly attitude
  • Strong problem-solving and listening skills
  • Freshers with good communication skills are welcome!
  • Willingness to learn and grow with the team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
