Shift Timing: UK Shift (1:00 PM – 10:30 PM / 1:30 PM – 11:00 PM)

Skills & Qualifications:

We are looking for individuals who bring both enthusiasm and professionalism to the role:

• Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written)
• Proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• A quick learner with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in UK shift hours

Key Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers and clients to resolve queries promptly and effectively
• Provide accurate information and support through email, chat, or calls
• Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience
• Participate in the ongoing process of improving business operations

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
