As a Customer Support Associate at our company, you will play a crucial role as the first point of contact for our customers. Your primary responsibilities will involve providing solutions to customer inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a seamless experience for all. Key Responsibilities: - Handle inbound customer inquiries via multiple channels such as voice, chat, and email, specifically related to travel bookings including flights and hotels. - Maintain a high standard of service quality by adhering to Agoda's customer service guidelines. - Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a positive and helpful interaction.
