Customer Support Executive (CSE)

As a Customer Support Associate, you will play a crucial role as the initial point of contact for our customers. Your main responsibility will be to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot any issues they may encounter, and ensure a smooth and satisfactory experience. This position is ideal for individuals who possess exceptional communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a genuine willingness to assist others. Your key duties will include managing inbound customer queries through various communication channels such as voice calls, chat, and emails, particularly related to travel bookings encompassing flights and hotels. It is paramount to uphold a high level of service quality in compliance with Agoda's customer service standards. Effective and empathetic communication with customers to facilitate positive and constructive interactions is fundamental to this role. The working hours for this position are divided into two shifts: - 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM - 5:00 PM to 2:00 AM Furthermore, a drop facility is available for transportation needs.
