As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and passionate Customer Care Executive to join our team and contribute to our mission of providing unparalleled support to our valued customers.

As a Customer Care Executive, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, addressing their inquiries, concerns, and providing assistance in a professional and timely manner. You will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and courteously to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other communication channels.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services, pricing, promotions, and policies.
  • Assist customers in placing orders, processing returns, and resolving any issues or complaints effectively.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer problems or escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their concerns have been resolved to their satisfaction.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of our products/services and stay updated on any changes or updates.
  • Document all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to improve overall customer experience and service delivery.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products/services to customers.
  • Uphold company values and policies while representing the company in a professional manner at all times.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a customer service or support role preferred and freshers are also welcomed .
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and creatively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in any field is mandatory.
