  • Keep records of customer conversations, complaints, and feedback.
  • Create good relationships with customers by helping them in a friendly and helpful way.
  • Suggest ways to make the customer experience better.
  • Follow up with customers to make sure their problems are solved.
  • Learn about new products and updates to assist customers better.
