Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and empathetic Customer Support Executive to join our team. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally. Your role will be crucial in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media.
  • Assist customers with order placements, tracking, returns, and refunds.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Maintain records of customer interactions and update databases.
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to resolve order-related issues.
  • Collect and relay customer feedback to improve products and services.
  • Help customers choose the right supplements based on their needs (training provided).

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 0–2 years of experience in customer service or support (preferably e-commerce or health industry).
  • Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (other regional languages are a plus).
  • Good problem-solving ability and patience.

Preferred Qualities

  • Passion for fitness, health, or nutrition.
  • Previous experience in health/wellness product support is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
