Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive with 2–3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer queries, resolving complaints, processing orders, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries.
• Resolve customer complaints promptly and professionally.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, issues, and resolutions.
• Coordinate with the sales, logistics, and warehouse teams for timely order processing and delivery.
• Follow up on pending issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide product information, pricing details, and order status updates.
• Process returns, replacements, and service requests.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction scores and adhere to company service standards.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on customer interactions and feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in customer service or customer support.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle difficult customers and situations with patience.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools, MS Excel, and WhatsApp Business.
• Knowledge of the tiles and sanitary ware industry (preferred but not mandatory).
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
