Excellent communication and persuasion skills in Hindi and English (regional languages a plus). Strong ability to explain technical concepts in a customer-friendly manner. Self-motivated, target-driven, with an ability to meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of Solar PV Systems will be an added advantage (training will be provided).
