BASSH Clothing and Apparels is a new age clothing company that is into the manufacturing of trendy wear for young women. Having our in-house manufacturing and design team, we are a young team with a vision to disrupt the fashion industry. We operate in our brand name - ANVESHANA.

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual with strong communication skills and an analytical mindset to join our Customer Support team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with customers in multiple languages and capable of analysing issues to provide effective solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, or other support channels
• Communicate clearly and professionally with customers in multiple languages
• Understand customer issues, analyze them, and provide accurate resolutions
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant internal teams when required
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions
• Identify recurring issues and share insights to improve processes and customer experience
• Follow company guidelines and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate in multiple languages (please specify languages if required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-centric attitude with a calm and professional approach
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment

Eligibility

• Any fresh graduates, perceiving or early-career professionals
• Must be available for a minimum internship duration of 3 months
• Open to a starting Stipend of ₹8,000 per month

• Long-Term Commitment: We are looking for someone willing to commit to a minimum of 2 years with the company.
