Job Description

Job Role: Customer Service Executive - Inbound Voice
Process: Customer Service

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Graduate Fresher or Experienced candidates can apply
  • Excellent communication skills mandatory
  • Versant Level 5 required.

Salary:

  • Graduate Fresher: 18,000 In-hand | Up to 23,000 CTC

Graduate Exp: 22,000 In-hand | 27,000 CTC

Shift & Work Schedule

  • Day Shift: Between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM (9-hour shift)
  • Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Off

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound customer queries professionally
  • Provide accurate information and effective resolutions
  • Maintain customer interaction records as per process guidelines
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality
