Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

  • Managing Inbound calls

  • Following various communication scripts when speaking to a customer.

  • Identifying customer needs, answering questions, and providing solutions/alternatives to issues.

  • Building sustainable customer relationships.

  • Keeping records of all conversations organized.

  • Building product knowledge; and improving performance and achieving management expectations.

  • Maintaining and improving quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • Any Graduate (Fresher), Under-graduate (With minimum 6months experienced in BPO)

  • Candidates who are Fresher TO 1 year/Recent Graduates/Candidates with relevant experience from BPO) can apply

  • Fluency in communication (English+(Hindi/Telugu/Tamil/Malayalam/Kannada)

  • Have a good attitude - should be committed to the work

  • Ability to work independently with strong attention to detail and quality.

  • Must be patient and a good listener to answer customer queries and concerns.

  • Excellent customer handling and customer engagement skills.
