Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Handle customer queries via chat, email, and voice calls in a professional manner. Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customers' issues. Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software. Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives. Meet performance metrics such as first call resolution rate, handle time, and abandon rate. Desired Candidate Profile Proficiency in English language (written and spoken). Experience handling US processes preferred but not mandatory. Strong understanding of blended processes, semi-voice processes, versant technologies, and email processing. 1-6 years of experience in international BPO/call center environment.
