Job Description

You will have the opportunity to work with International clients and must possess excellent spoken and written English skills. Attention to detail in customer support is crucial for this role, and any experience in a call center or customer support position will be advantageous. Your excellent listening and answering skills will be put to use to provide appropriate responses to inbound international calls and customer emails in a professional manner. Building and maintaining good relationships with clients, meeting customer expectations, and taking responsibility and ownership of your projects are also important responsibilities. You will work exclusively with International clients and will receive training on the customer's product or service. This is a full-time job with a night shift schedule.
