Job Description

Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential customers to confirm the orders. Explain product features and benefits to prospective customers. Answer incoming calls from customers and address their queries or concerns. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times. Keep accurate records of calls and sales made.   Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not mandatory.
