Customer Support Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Customer Support Executives for both Voice and Non-Voice processes. The ideal candidate will handle customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure excellent service delivery through calls, emails, and chat.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional manner (Voice process).
• Respond to customer queries via email, chat, or other written communication channels (Non-Voice process).
• Resolve product or service-related issues efficiently and provide accurate information.
• Maintain customer interaction records in the system.
• Follow up on unresolved queries to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adhere to quality and process guidelines set by the company.
• Coordinate with internal departments for escalations or issue resolution.

Requirements:

• Education: Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Experience: Fresher/Experienced candidates can apply (BPO/Customer Service experience preferred).
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing speed.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required).
