Job Summary:


We are looking for a Customer Support Executive who will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring their queries are resolved efficiently and professionally. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle support requests via various channels.


Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Handle customer queries via phone, email, chat, and other communication platforms.
  • Provide prompt and accurate responses to customers regarding products, services, and support requests.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with internal teams to ensure quick resolution.
  • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing excellent service and support.
  • Record and track customer interactions, issues, and resolutions using CRM tools.
  • Follow up on open cases to ensure timely closure and customer satisfaction.
  • Collect feedback and suggest improvements based on recurring customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline support operations and enhance the customer experience.
  • Stay updated on product knowledge, new features, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • 0–2 years of experience in a customer service or support role (freshers are welcome).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
  • Ability to handle pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and basic technical troubleshooting is an advantage.
