Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: An International Process role involves handling customer inquiries via chat and emails from various countries, including the U.S., UK, Canada, and Australia. Responsibilities include providing product and service support or technical assistance, helping customers resolve their issues efficiently. Required Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Good logical reasoning and analytical abilities. Ability to engage with customers through Email or chat and effectively address service-related queries. Salary & Work Schedule: Salary: INR 3,50,000 - 5,20,000 LPA + Incentives + Goodies Age Requirement: 18 to 34 years Work Schedule: 5 days a week with 2 days off Should be flexible with shifts(Night and Rotational Shift) Employee Benefits: Two-way cab facility Life Insurance Medical Insurance State-of-the-art infrastructure: Cafeteria, Gym, Sports Arena, Amphitheater, Library and Theme-based breakout zones.
