Job Overview:

We are looking for a Customer Support Engineer who can handle installations, technical servicing, troubleshooting, and customer assistance for our field operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and configure interactive panels, OPS PCs, digital signage, and AV equipment
• Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues (both on-site and remote)
• Provide product training and basic demos to clients after installation
• Maintain service visit reports, documentation, and issue logs
• Conduct scheduled maintenance visits as required
• Coordinate with technical and operations teams for escalations
• Ensure timely resolution of customer queries within defined timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Diploma/B.Tech in Electronics, IT, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in technical support or hardware servicing
• Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking, and display systems
• Good communication and customer-handling skills
• Ability to travel for service calls
• Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn
