As we expand our government and institutional presence, we’re strengthening our tender and procurement team with a dedicated GeM/Tender Executive.

Role Overview:

We’re searching for a proactive GeM / Tender Executive to manage government tenders, handle GeM portal activities, prepare documentation, and ensure on-time submissions for bids and contracts.

This role is perfect for someone who is organized, analytical, and comfortable handling detailed documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage GeM portal listings, product uploads & pricing updates
• Track and identify relevant tenders on GeM and other tender portals
• Prepare technical & financial bid documents
• Coordinate with internal teams for required approvals & data
• Submit tenders within deadlines
• Handle contract negotiations, order processing & documentation
• Maintain tender records, compliance documents & reporting
• Follow up on bid status, queries, and clarifications

Qualification & Skills:

✔ Graduate in any discipline (Business/Commerce preferred)

✔ 1–2 years of experience in GeM, e-tendering, or procurement

✔ Knowledge of GeM portal functions is highly preferred

✔ Strong documentation & communication skills

✔ Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF management)

✔ Ability to work under deadlines & manage multiple bids

✔ Freshers with excellent learning ability may also apply
