Skills & Qualifications

Educational Qualification and Experience

- Bachelor's degree.

- 2–5 years in tendering or related roles.

Technical Skills

- Proficiency in GeM portal.

- Strong MS Office skills.

- Knowledge of bidding formats.

Key Responsibilities

Tender Identification & Analysis

- Monitor tender portals.

- Analyze documents.

- Shortlist tenders.

Tender Preparation

- Prepare and compile tender documents.

- Coordinate with internal departments.

- Ensure compliance with guidelines.

Tender Submission

- Upload/submit tenders on GeM portal.

- Ensure timely submission.

- Manage DSC and registrations.

Post-Submission Activities

- Follow up on tender status.

- Assist in negotiations.

- Maintain records.

Coordination & Documentation

- Maintain tender tracker.

- Coordinate with vendors and clients.

- Ensure compliance with policies.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
