GeM Portal Executive
Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive GeM Portal Executive to handle all activities related to the Government e-Marketplace (GeM). The candidate will be responsible for product listing, tender bidding, vendor registration, and ensuring compliance with government procurement guidelines.Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the company’s profile on the GeM portal.
Upload and update product listings, pricing, and specifications as per the portal’s requirements.
Search, identify, and participate in tenders / bids / reverse auctions on GeM relevant to the company’s products or services.
Coordinate with internal departments for documentation and quotations.
Handle purchase orders received through GeM and ensure timely delivery and payment follow-up.
Maintain proper documentation and compliance for all GeM transactions.
Stay updated on GeM policies, new features, and government procurement norms.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience working on the GeM portal
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
Salary:
As per industry standards / Negotiable based on experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
