Digital Fox Media is a growing digital agency offering digital marketing solutions, bulk graphic design services, and creative campaigns. We are expanding into Government e-Marketplace (GeM) projects and seeking a skilled GeM Tender Executive to join our team.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced GeM Tender Executive who can handle end-to-end bidding and tendering processes on the Government e-Marketplace (GeM) portal. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in managing tenders, preparing documentation, and ensuring successful bidding for projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and execute the tendering process on the GeM portal.
• Search, identify, and evaluate relevant government tenders.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and required documentation.
• Submit bids within deadlines and follow up with departments/clients.
• Maintain proper compliance and records of bids.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful execution of awarded projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in GeM bidding/tendering.
• Strong knowledge of GeM portal processes and government procurement rules.
• Good communication, negotiation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to independently manage multiple tenders.
• Prior experience in IT/Digital/Creative services bidding is preferred.
