GeM Tender Executive

Manage and monitor tenders on the GEM portal and other government e-procurement websites.

Identify relevant tenders, EOI, and RFPs that align with the company's services or products.

Handle online bidding activities including documentation, costing, compliance checks, and uploading.

Prepare and maintain pre-qualification documents, technical and financial bids as per tender requirements.

Coordinate with internal departments (sales, legal, technical, finance) for document preparation.

Track bid status and ensure timely submission and follow-up.

Handle post-tender activities such as clarifications, negotiations, and award follow-ups.

Maintain records of submitted bids, outcomes, and feedback for future reference.

Stay updated with GEM portal updates, government procurement rules, and policy changes.

Build rapport with government officials and procurement departments as needed.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong understanding of GEM portal and e-tendering platforms

Excellent documentation and compliance skills

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PDF tools)

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

Effective written and verbal communication

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
