Role Overview: As a Customer Support Engineer, your primary responsibility will be to provide customer support through calls, emails, and remote sessions to troubleshoot email and messaging related issues. Your dedication and proactive approach towards assignments will be crucial in achieving 100% customer satisfaction. Close monitoring of infrastructure and ensuring high availability when required will also be part of your role. Additionally, you will be expected to work in rotational shifts and overtime as needed.
