Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Engineer, located in Indore. The Customer Support Engineer will be responsible for providing excellent customer support and technical assistance. Day-to-day tasks include troubleshooting issues, offering technical support, and conducting field service visits to address customer needs. Effective communication with both customers and internal teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Support and Communication skills
• Skills in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
• Ability to perform Field Service visits
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
• Experience in the material handling industry is a plus
