Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Technical Support/ assistance to clients for our in house Singapore HRMS product
Handling client calls and assisting them with their queries
Troubleshooting and giving clients a pleasant experience
Responsible in completing the day to day tasks
Build rapport with clients
Gather feedback from clients
Interpret, build upon, and comply with clients quality assurance standards
Document quality assurance activities with internal reporting and audits
Ensure achievement of Key KPIs on a consistent basis
Should be able to process high volumes, when required

Requirements & Desired Skills:

Maintain composure and a positive attitude during difficult situations
Need to be detail oriented and organised
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Pro-active ability in developing trust and professional rapport with employees and team members; work as a team-player
Strong analytical skills; be able to interpret data, identify trends, and make suggestions for improvements
Strong verbal and written communication skills; be able to communicate in a clear, constructive, and professional manner
Capable of delivering comprehensive product training sessions to clients.
Proficient in conducting client meetings to address product-related queries and provide expert guidance

Preferred candidate profile

Min of 2+ years of experience in Technical Support.
